I'm doing the Lean Body Builder diet from Diet Master Pro

I started on the Lean Body Builder diet from Diet Master Pro. Let’s see what happens in the next 3 month. This diet is tailored to gain lean weight 8-2-2011.

Looking back 16 years ago. I was remembering on how hard I used to train and I was still lacking results. Even into my second year as fitness professional. I never took the time to address my eating too much. I was never getting the gains I wanted.

One day I toss my pride away and asked a trainer named Martha to make me a diet. She was and probably still is a competitive bodybuilder certified in sports nutrition. I been using her diet ever since. My body has totally changed but it has also taken some time and effort.

This past weekend I finally decided to upgrade my diet and do it through Diet Master Pro.

Today is the final day of my first week. I had been on target with my meals. I can tell that I was missing quite a few meals from my previous diet because I no longer have my blue print that Martha gave me.

Well the blame is on me for losing the paper lol, Not Martha she did a great job so great that I still remember many of the meals she gave me. This was more than 10 years ago.

I added some of the meals I still remember to the "Lean Body Builder" template and I'm really enjoying my food choices.

Today is 2-28-2011 I like the results I'm getting. I just took my body fat and notice that is at 13% rather than my usual 12% can it be because this is the weekend and I have incorporated my cheating meals? Well in my world this is allowed. It keeps me sane, but when it comes to Monday, that's another story. Diet Master Pro recommends my body fat to be between 14.8% to 20.3.% Now in the real Fitness world 10% to 12% is preferable. If you're in the bodybuilding world and your about to compete 5% to 6% is preferable.

I believe of allowing yourself to one cheating day per week. You should be eating between 4 to 6 small meals per day, correct? Well this is what I actually like to do when I cheat.

Instead of been badly for a whole day, I rather spread 6 cheating meals in the whole weekend. I eat really clean for breakfast and lunch both days before my cheating begins. Remember everything is measure with what you've done all week and not in those few sittings.
